Shirts, vintage tees and sweatshirts are printed to order; for these items, the preparation window marks the start of production. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on the destination and carrier conditions. These are estimates, not guarantees. You can return your order within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

How do your boots fit?

What are they made of and how do I care for them?
Check the description for the materials we have listed for each pair. If something you need is missing, email us at support@roveandvale.com. To keep them looking good, wipe them clean with a soft, damp cloth, let them dry naturally away from direct heat, and use a protector spray suited to the material.
Are they comfortable for all-day wear?
Heel height, shaft and sole differ by style, and the description tells you what each pair has. For long days on your feet, choose a lower or block heel and make sure you pick the right size using the Size Chart tab.
Can I wear them in the rain?
Unless the description says otherwise, our boots are not waterproof. A protector spray helps against light rain and splashes; wipe them dry after wear.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on every Rove & Vale order to the destinations listed in our Shipping Policy. No shipping charge is added at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes, where applicable, are separate and are the recipient’s responsibility.
