Rove and Vale makes wearable designs for the modern workforce. Whatever you do and wherever you do it, we think your wardrobe should say something smarter than a forgotten vendor logo and a year you would rather not remember. This is the alternative to the boring, mass-produced work shirt: pieces made for real people who happen to have real jobs.

Why We Exist

It began with a simple frustration. So much of what people wear to work is either too corporate or too forgettable, sized for nobody in particular and printed to crack after three washes. We wanted something better. Something that feels like the inside jokes we actually share with each other, that fits the way a good tee should, and that you would reach for because you like it, not because it was free. So we built it.

Comfortable enough to forget you are wearing them through a long day at the desk, and sharp enough to layer under a hoodie or a button-down when the meeting gets serious. Wherever your work happens, these pieces are meant to fit the day.

Curated, Not Churned Out

Every design we release is hand-picked and curated with intent. We are not trying to flood you with endless options. We would rather craft a smaller collection where each piece earns its place by being both stylish and functional. Style is what makes you want to wear it, and function is what makes it last. We care about both in equal measure, because a design is only as good as the garment it lives on.

Built to Last

Our tees run on soft ringspun cotton in a pre-shrunk, unisex regular fit from small through 4XL, offered in a range of colourways so you can find the one that feels like you. Each piece is made to order and printed using direct-to-garment technology, which sets the design into the fabric rather than layering it on top. That means no vinyl flake and no six-month crackle. Washed cold and dried low, the print is built to stay sharp through hundreds of cycles rather than blinking out after three.
