These Terms of Service govern your use of roveandvale.com and purchases made from Rove & Vale. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the selected products. We will send an order confirmation by email after receiving your order. Acceptance occurs when we confirm that your order has been accepted and is being processed.

We may refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, pricing or product information contains an obvious error, or we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

3. Products, descriptions, and availability

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, and lighting conditions. Product availability, prices, and product details may change without notice before an order is accepted.

Some products may be made to order or fulfilled by production partners. Please review the relevant product page and our Shipping Policy before placing an order.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, discounts, and other order details are shown before you complete payment.

Payment must be authorised before we process an order. We use third-party payment providers and do not store full payment-card details on our own systems.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates, shipping destinations, tracking information, and customs information are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, because carriers and customs authorities operate independently of us.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if you need to request a change; we may be unable to make changes once an order has entered production or dispatch.

6. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Our return and refund rules are set out in our Refund Policy. That policy explains the return window, eligibility requirements, return-shipping responsibility, and how to contact us about damaged, incorrect, or faulty items.

7. EU consumer withdrawal rights

If you are an EU consumer, you may have a legal right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This right does not apply where an exception is permitted by law, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised goods.

To exercise a withdrawal right, email support@roveandvale.com with a clear statement of your decision, your order number, and your contact details. You may use the following model wording, although it is not required:

To Code Culture: I/We hereby give notice that I/We withdraw from my/our contract of sale for the following goods: [describe goods]. Ordered on: [date]. Received on: [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].

8. Acceptable use

You may not use this website for unlawful purposes, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, infringe intellectual-property rights, submit false information, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or customer information.

9. Intellectual property

The Rove & Vale name, logos, website content, product designs, images, and other materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Code Culture unless otherwise stated. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or exploit them without our prior written permission.

10. Third-party services and links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services, including payment, shipping, analytics, and ecommerce providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our reasonable control.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Subject to that rule, Code Culture is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. This does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
